Regarding UBB24100, UBB means Underground Battery Box. 24 means 24V battery bank. 100 means 100Ah capacity for unit battery.
Step #2: Confirm the battery size and calculate the total size, compare it with box’s internal size.
If it is smaller, it’s ok. If not, please find the bigger one.
Step #3: Send your battery size and requirement to Supex, our engineer will evaluate it again to avoid mistake.

If you find any broken boxes when you receive the shipment, please take pictures and shoot video and confirm the number of broken boxes.

If Supex arrange the shipping, any breakage is our responsibility and we will pay you a brand new box according to the number of broken boxes.
If you arrange the shipping, we are only responsible for product quality issues. You will be responsible for any breakage in shipping.
About how and when to pay for the box:
If the number of broken boxes is more than 5%, we will arrange to send it out immediately and pay the shipping cost.
If it is less than 5%, we will send it with the next order.
Whatever the case, our principle is to ensure the successful completion of our clients’ projects.
So we use solid packaging to avoid breakage. Also, some free boxes will be given when the order quantity is sufficient.

It is easy to install the buried battery box. Please follow the steps.
Step #1: Connect the battery wire, the terminal sealant.
Step #2: the battery into the battery box and buried, the wire threading hole from piercing tank buried, will be buried with a matching box tightening fasteners.
Step #3: then the cabinet directly buried in the ground.
