• 01. How to Choose Suitable Buried Battery Box for Your Project?

  Supex have many models for different project. Our products almost covered all your requirements, included single battery box, dual batteries box, and four batteries box, from 38Ah to 250Ah.

  Please follow the step to find the suitable underground battery enclosure for your project.

  Step #1: Confirm the battery quantity and unit battery capacity. Find the matching model name.

  For example, you are using 2pcs 12V 100Ah battery for your solar street lighting project. Maybe you need using UBB24100.

  Regarding UBB24100, UBB means Underground Battery Box. 24 means 24V battery bank. 100 means 100Ah capacity for unit battery.

  Step #2: Confirm the battery size and calculate the total size, compare it with box’s internal size.

  If it is smaller, it’s ok. If not, please find the bigger one.

  Step #3: Send your battery size and requirement to Supex, our engineer will evaluate it again to avoid mistake.

  Finally, if you have not find the suitable box, please contact Supex, we can customize it according to your requirements.

• 04. What’s the Box Material? Can You Supply ABS Material Box?

  For Supex battery box, the standard material is Plastic PP(Plastic Polypropylene).

  We are using one-time injection pressure technology. So it has great durability and pressure resistance performance.

  The performance of the buried battery box working excellent in customer projects.

  If you need ABS material, we can customize it for you. But the quantity should more than 10000pcs. Please discuss more details with our sales.

• 05. Can You Offer IP68 Waterproof Grade Box?

  Yes, IP68 standard is the below:

  #1. Test Stadard: EN 60529:1991+A1:2000+A2:2013

  #2. Test Method:

  • The lowest point of enclosures is located 1000 mm below the surface of the water;
  • The duration of the test is 60 min;
  • The water temperature does not differ from that of the equipment by more than 5 K.

  If you have own standard, please send it to us and let us confirm it with testing lab.

• 06. Can You Customize Pipe Length? Can You Customize Box Size?

  Yes, the standard length of the pipe is 1m.

  If you need more, please let us know. We will customize it for you.

  Generally, all the range of boxes can meet all your requirement. But if you want to special size, we can customize it for you. But the quantity should more than 10000pcs.

• 07. How do you transport these boxes? How to avoid damage?

  In order to avoid underground battery box damage during transportation, I have use corner protection and wooden box package.

  It is impossible to damage. We are keeping zero damage during transportation.

  

• 08. What’s the MOQ? Can I buy samples to testing quality?

  No MOQ required.

  Yes, you can buy samples to testing our quality. Generally, we have any models in stock and arrange the delivery within 3-7 days.

• 09. What's Your Policy if Box Broken?

  If you find any broken boxes when you receive the shipment, please take pictures and shoot video and confirm the number of broken boxes.

  Then send us the photos and video along with the invoice.

  If Supex arrange the shipping, any breakage is our responsibility and we will pay you a brand new box according to the number of broken boxes.

  If you arrange the shipping, we are only responsible for product quality issues. You will be responsible for any breakage in shipping.

  About how and when to pay for the box:

  If the number of broken boxes is more than 5%, we will arrange to send it out immediately and pay the shipping cost.

  If it is less than 5%, we will send it with the next order.

  Whatever the case, our principle is to ensure the successful completion of our clients’ projects.

  So we use solid packaging to avoid breakage. Also, some free boxes will be given when the order quantity is sufficient.

• 10. What’s Your Warranty Policy?

  All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Guarantee Period is 12 months.

  If you need longer warranty time, please discuss it with our sales. The price is littler higher than standard.

• 11. How to install Underground Battery Box?

  It is easy to install the buried battery box. Please follow the steps.

  Step #1: Connect the battery wire, the terminal sealant.

  Step #2: the battery into the battery box and buried, the wire threading hole from piercing tank buried, will be buried with a matching box tightening fasteners.

  Step #3: then the cabinet directly buried in the ground.
